Thing’s are happening at the Garden! Come on down and see the long-awaited community bed. Joseph Szurek has put in a tremendous effort in digging trenches, getting water to the bed, installing all the pipes, and getting the garden dirt moved in. (Of course, we received a lot of help from Gregg Damm and his tractor!) But Joe was the main man and he has done a great job. Now we are just waiting for planting season to begin.
The windstorm last week didn’t do us any favors and there was some minor damage but fairly easily repaired.
Joe also has taken the initiative to clean up and organize the sheds. Don’t forget that the south shed has all the tools you will ever need. Just contact Todd Toresdahl or Judy Tobler if you don’t have the code to the lock.
